ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer accepts and declares that he/she has read, understood and electronically confirmed all necessary information, including the basic characteristics of the product, sales price, payment method and delivery information, prior to this contract.

4.2. The product subject to the contract is delivered to the Buyer or the person at the address specified within the delivery time specified on the product page, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

4.3. The Buyer accepts that the Seller is not responsible for the failure of the person to accept the product in case the product is delivered to another person/organization during delivery.

4.4. The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the contractual product in accordance with the warranty documents, user manuals and specified qualifications.

4.5. If the product price is not paid or the payment is cancelled for any reason, the Seller is not obliged to deliver the product.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer is responsible for the delivery of the product. 14 days may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

5.2. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be undamaged and unused. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

5.3. In case of returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal, payment shall be made to the Buyer at the latest. 10 business days will be returned within .

ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCT DELIVERY AND CARGO

6.1. The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer via the cargo company.

6.2. If the Buyer is not at the address during delivery, the product will be processed according to the courier company's procedure and any costs that may occur during this process will be the Buyer's responsibility.

ARTICLE 7 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

7.1. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared or personalized according to the consumer's personal preferences.

7.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

7.3. Opened audio/video recordings or software cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 8 – COMPETENT COURT

In case of disputes that may arise from this contract, Alanya Consumer Arbitration Committees And Alanya Consumer Courts is authorized.

ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
